How to Apply
Application:
The enrollment forms should be completed and returned to the School Office.
Admissions Fee:
FALL 2021:

SUMMER 2021:

- We accept cash, check, credit card or payment through Brightwheel
- $5 fee for charges made by credit card
Immunizations:
Each child is required to have a Medical examination form and an updated record of immunizations from a physician or health personnel on file in the School before the school year begins. Any child whose parent is unable to produce an immunization card by the first day of school will not be allowed to enter school until such a card arrives, by order of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
